The following diagram displays in general the flow of the Penal Procedure from the start of a case to its end. The functions of the Prosecution Office are at great extend fully computerized (computerization of Bills of Indictments and tasks of the Division of Criminal Record is still in order).
All tasks in the penal sector of the Court of First Instance (as shown in diagram) are accomplished in the traditional way and most of them are "returning" back to the Prosecution Office for further development.
